EA Create APAC is a highly-engaged content creation team within EA Worldwide Studios. We are creatively driven and focused on high end visual production across multiple genres and art styles. Roles and responsibilities:

You will own the visual and execution of the art development of the entire map for an EA franchise.

Working with the team, you will brainstorm and pitch the direction, prove the concept and execute on the delivery. You are responsible for the making the commitment and completing the commitment. You will report to Studio Art Director and work with the art team on daily basis, coordinate with design team

Skills

  • Have a solid experience of game art and game development, have shipped multiple game titles in the role of art director or art lead. Have a solid experience of providing art direction, able to showcase a direction to franchise leadership and push to an agreement.

  • Have a strong storytelling capability under a visual language. Have the capability to use concept, 3D, lighting, VFX and audio to accomplish a designed narrative.

  • Can help develop entire level, coordinate between different department including Design, Art , TA, Management and so on, combine the team effort to deliver an aligned target.

  • Able to provide in time, effective feedback to the art team, make happen execution according to commitment. Able to maintain team health status.

  • Have a fluent English skill, able to run art presentation to both internal and external team.

  • 8+ years in Game industry and 3+ years in senior roles (AD or Lead)

  • Preferred to have a background of level art

  • Preferred to have team management experience.
