About UNRECORD
DRAMA STUDIOS is currently developing UNRECORD, a narrative open-world tactical FPS built with Unreal Engine 5. UNRECORD aims to deliver a highly immersive experience through realism, systemic gameplay, and a strong narrative approach. The project sits at an AA ambition level, combining creative freedom with solid production pipelines and technical rigor. Our goal is to craft believable worlds, meaningful player interactions, and gameplay systems that feel grounded, intense, and coherent.
THE ROLE
You manage the pipeline between DRAMA STUDIOS and its external partners: art outsourcing studios, freelancers, and service providers contributing to UNRECORD. You ensure external work meets both the contract and the quality bar of the project, and you serve as the bridge between our internal leads and their teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, evaluate, and onboard outsourcing partners and freelancers
Consolidate internal inputs into clear briefs covering technical and creative components
Plan, track, and prioritize outsourced deliveries (schedules, budgets, contracts, invoicing)
Run review loops between external partners and internal leads
Maintain the intake pipeline for external deliveries (validation, naming conventions, integration)
Report progress, risks, and costs to production and direction
Improve documentation and processes for external collaboration
REQUIREMENTS
Production, outsourcing, or vendor management experience in games or creative industries
Strong organizational skills managing multiple workstreams
Excellent written communication: briefs, feedback notes, status reports
Understanding of game art and content pipelines
Working knowledge of Unreal Engine and its content pipeline
Proficiency with production tools (Notion, spreadsheets, task trackers)
Fluent or professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Existing outsourcing networks are a plus
A strong artistic eye and 3D culture are a plus
UE5 integration experience is a plus
Additional relevant languages are a plus
