About UNRECORD
DRAMA STUDIOS is currently developing UNRECORD, a narrative open-world tactical FPS built with Unreal Engine 5. UNRECORD aims to deliver a highly immersive experience through realism, systemic gameplay, and a strong narrative approach. The project sits at an AA ambition level, combining creative freedom with solid production pipelines and technical rigor. Our goal is to craft believable worlds, meaningful player interactions, and gameplay systems that feel grounded, intense, and coherent.
THE ROLE
This role bridges gameplay design, mission design, and technical implementation. You integrate quests and gameplay systems using internal tools while contributing to mission flow and feel. It calls for strong gameplay sensitivity, creativity, and artistic culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Integrate missions and quests using custom tools and flowgraph systems
Script gameplay logic, events, and interactive sequences
Configure gameplay elements, triggers, and objectives
Collaborate with Narrative and Design teams on pacing and readability
Apply gameplay design principles to player flow and challenge balance
Debug and iterate on mission logic and gameplay behaviors
Participate in playtests and iterate based on feedback
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in gameplay design or gameplay-focused roles
Understanding of player experience and gameplay systems
Knowledge of game logic, states, and event-driven systems
Unreal Engine and Blueprint workflow experience
Strong artistic culture across games, film, visual arts, and interactive media
Creative problem-solving mindset
Hands-on production capability
Fluent or professional working proficiency in English, written and spoken
