About the Role

Discord is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Sales Recruiter to join our Business Recruiting team. Reporting to the Business Recruiting Manager, this individual will play a pivotal role in building and scaling our sales organization from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead Sales Recruitment Efforts: Drive the recruitment process for Sales Account Managers and Account Executives, with a focus on hiring individuals with a proven track record of meeting quotas.

  • Develop Recruitment Framework: Create and implement effective hiring processes and strategies tailored to our needs, ensuring we attract top GTM talent.

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Advise and coach hiring managers and other stakeholders on best practices in sales recruitment, providing guidance throughout the hiring cycle.

  • Market Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of the gaming industry landscape and ecosystem to source and identify high-caliber candidates.

  • Predictive Analysis: Leverage data and predictive analysis to forecast recruitment trends and align strategies with the organizational goals.

  • Leadership Presence: Exhibit strong leadership skills, capable of navigating complex conversations and driving decisions that impact the team and organization positively.

  • Candidate Experience: Maintain a commitment to delivering exceptional service to candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience.

What you should have

  • Proven experience in recruiting sales professionals, particularly those with quota-carrying roles.

  • Extensive knowledge of the GTM (Go-To-Market) talent landscape within the Ad Tech space.

  • Strong understanding and passion for the gaming industry.

  • Proven ability to identify and close top sales talent

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement recruitment frameworks and strategies.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.

This role is a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs. This position can be hybrid based in the SF Bay Area or remote (with the expectation to work typical 9am - 5pm PT hours). The US base salary range for this full-time position is $70/hr to $85/hr. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
