What you’ll achieve:
As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will execute implementation tasks, maintain runbooks, and assist in root-cause analyses. You will collaborate with peers and stakeholders to meet milestones.

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Perform specific delivery support activities for a single customer.
- Assist in coordinating development and consolidation of technical and process documentation.
Train new team members on products, operational support, and best practices.
Serve as On-site Point-of-Contact for all issues affecting Dell’s technical environment.
- Focus on activities like data analytics and reporting.
- Facilitate analyzing specific issues with the customer.
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support 24x7 data center operations, responding to critical hardware, infrastructure, and service-impacting incidents outside of normal business hours.
- Partner with Dell Team(s) to provide an outstanding experience to the customer

Essential Requirements
- Leadership experience and ability to work independently.
- 2+ years of data center experience.
- Strong planning, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to meet physical and security requirements, including forklift certification, lifting up to 50 lbs, and obtaining a Secret Clearance.
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- AWS/Azure Fundamentals; ITIL Foundation; basic scripting proficiency.
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $69,700 to 90,200
