Senior Engineer, Service Delivery

We also work closely with Sales and Global Services colleagues to develop strategic account growth plans, and to identify and pursue sales opportunities.

As a Senior Engineer, you will implement and optimize services, troubleshoot issues, and deliver clear technical updates. You will contribute improvements to tools and procedures.

Essential Requirements

5+ years of related experience
Implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting skills.
Documentation discipline and change control familiarity.
Collaboration across teams and customers.
Ability to communicate status clearly.

Desirable Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
AWS/Azure Associate; ITIL Foundation; Kubernetes CKA/CKAD.

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is USD 91800 - USD 118800.
