Hardware Engineer 1 - CSG Engineering Rotation Program

The CSG Engineering Rotation Program provides you a fast-paced, dynamic organization in a supportive environment that encourages learning and growth. The program consists of 3 rotations, each 12-months long, to offer you the ability to learn across different projects, solutions, and technical deliverables needed to bring our products to market. You will:

Essential Requirements

Currently enrolled in a computer, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree with a graduation date of December 2025, May 2026 or December 2026.
Ability to build, repair and prepare assemblies across product lines
Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment, seek new opportunities, delivers on commitments
Have a strong desire to develop technology products

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this position is $85,502-$110,649.
