Crystal Dynamics is looking for a skilled Producer to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will play an instrumental role in guiding a subset of the development team, ensuring that all components are developed on time and within budget.

As a Producer, you will:

  • Coordinate, track, and guide the team's activities, utilizing both internal and external resources.

  • Organize project timelines, budgets, and resources within your specialization, collaborating with team leaders to outline objectives, identify risks, and create mitigation plans within your pillar of production.

  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones, upholding creative direction and quality standards, while defining and communicating clear overall and interim development goals.

  • Tackle complex project management issues, escalate as needed, and provide insights for enhancement, facilitating collaboration with various partners to secure contributions.

  • Support less experienced staff within the domain, guiding growth and development.

  • Create and refine an effective project management process, overseeing the team's activities to ensure project goals are met on time and structuring projects using tools like JIRA, adhering to flexible methodologies and high-quality standards.

  • Assist with recruiting and interviewing candidates for positions in product development as needed.

  • Work within the budget set for the project from Leads/Senior Management.

To be considered for this role, we require the following:

  • Experience as a Producer working with internal development teams at a professional game development studio who has contributed to the success of a major console title.

  • Background working in a specific game development discipline (i.e., art, engineering, design) for this role.

  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively between all disciplines.

  • Understanding of various Production methodologies and knowledge of project management tools.

  • Experience partnering with external developers/resources.

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

  • Experience working closely with gameplay teams.

It'll be a bonus if you also have:

  • Shipped a AAA title as a Producer.

The pay range for this role includes the annual base salary, not including bonus and the generous benefits package that Crystal Dynamics provides all full-time employees. Individual compensation is determined by work location within our approved states or regions, as well as additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education. Your recruiter will be able to share more information about total compensation.

Pay Range (United States)

$95,000—$125,000 USD

Pay Range (Canada)

$90,000—$115,000 CAD
