Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

- Maintain payroll data and calculation for payroll payout without delay.
- Supervising end-to-end payroll processing to ensure flawless execution
- Check payroll data accuracy and communicate issues to employee, HR and JB on real time basis. 
- Perform ME closing, work independent including payroll calculation, bank set up and labor cost allocation table for GL booking.
- Process benefits related works including but not limited to labor insurance, health insurance and pension. 
- Process employee withholding tax per government regulation before deadline.
- Prepare HQ report and response to government survey.
- Prepare annual tax filling withholding tax registration.
- Support on AOP/QOP budget planning.
- Assist with statutory audit, internal audit, and tax compliance, ensuring adherence to regulations 
- Maintain other countries' payroll data and calculation for payroll payout without delay.


Essential Skills and Experience:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, taxation and statutory compliance
- Ability to work independently and with resourcefulness
- Ability to work under pressure
- Deadline oriented
- Experience on mainstream HR/Payroll system. 
- Payroll experience in a manufacturing industry will be a plus.
- Experience in foreign migrant worker payroll operations will be a plus.
- Proficient written and verbal skill in English and Mandarin.
- Good PC knowledge in MS office user experience.
- A good team player, self-initiative, detail oriented in processing daily jobs
- Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
