Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

- Collaborate with the onshore team to understand business requirements, use cases, and solution priorities.
- Translate functional requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI, machine learning, and automation solutions.
- Build prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to evaluate feasibility and demonstrate business value.
- Develop data processing workflows, predictive models, intelligent assistants, and automated business processes.
- Integrate AI and automation solutions with existing systems, databases, applications, and APIs.
- Prepare, clean, transform, and analyze data required for AI and automation use cases.
- Monitor solution performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve accuracy, reliability, and maintainability.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and technical validation before deployment.
- Follow established standards for data security, privacy, access control, and AI governance.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI, data science, and automation technologies that may benefit the organization.
- Contribute to reusable frameworks, components, and development best practices across AI and automation initiatives.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or process automation.
- Strong programming skills in Python and working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with data preparation, feature engineering, model development, testing, and deployment.
- Familiarity with generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, and API-based AI services.
- Experience developing integrations using REST APIs, web services, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of software development practices, version control, testing, and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
