Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Game Marketing/UA Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will drive our game’s mass adoption, focusing on the European and North American markets. Your primary responsibilities will involve creating and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy while working closely with our product team to ensure our marketing efforts align with the game’s core objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Industry & Competitor Research: Monitor and evaluate competitor strategies and market trends to identify opportunities and determine what acquisition methods are most effective. Use these insights to inform and refine UA approaches based on proven results in similar contexts.
Strategy Planning: Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy, including social media, influencer partnerships, and paid ads, aimed at user acquisition and retention in European and U.S. markets. Ensure strategies align with research findings, brand objectives, and target audience preferences.
Creative Ideation & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the product teams to brainstorm, create, and test new creatives, implementing visuals and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
Campaign Execution & Optimization: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across different UA channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Continuously track performance and make real-time adjustments to maximize ROAS, reduce CPI, and meet KPIs.
Organic User Growth & ASO: Drive organic growth through ASO by optimizing app titles, descriptions, keywords, and visuals to boost visibility and conversions in app stores. Develop and test organic strategies to enhance app discovery and attract installs.
Budget Management: Allocate budgets across paid and organic channels effectively, maximizing acquisition impact while ensuring efficient resource use.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign metrics, user data, and performance trends to derive insights into user behavior and campaign effectiveness. Report findings to stakeholders using analytics tools.
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 3 years in mobile game marketing with expertise in user acquisition. Experience in European and U.S. markets and success in driving mass adoption is preferred.
Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Strong skills in analyzing data, measuring campaign performance, and adjusting strategies based on metrics and trends.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Meta Ads, digital advertising tools, ASO, and tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Appsflyer, or other mobile attribution platforms).
Education: BS/BA in Marketing, Game Design, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing successful mobile game marketing campaigns is required.
