Job Description

CD PROJEKT RED is currently looking for a Videographer & Streaming Specialist to join our Video Team. You will be responsible for creating footage promoting the company and our games, streaming internal and external events and many more. If you have good camera operator skills, knowledge of audio-video equipment and streaming technologies, don’t hesitate to apply!

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creating videos promoting the company, our games, studio representatives and other aspects of the CD PROJEKT RED’s activities.

  • Pre-production: preparation of the setting and audio-video equipment for the recordings / streams.

  • Production: recording audio-video materials (various events, behind the scenes, interviews, greetings).

  • Live production: live streaming (internal team meetings, presentations), recording interviews.

  • Post-production: editing, color correction, subtitling, versioning the film for various markets, platforms, distributors etc.

  • Implementation of new technologies aimed at improving the operation of current solutions related to the entrusted tasks.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in the video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production.

  • Proficiency in editing software (Resolve / Premiere).

  • Ability to work with cameras (Blackmagic, Sony) and very good operator skills.

  • Ability to record audio either with the camera or a dedicated audio recorder.

  • Experience in lighting the sets.

  • Basic knowledge of Mac OS.

  • Basic knowledge of broadcast systems (OBS, ATEM - Blackmagic).

  • Good knowledge of English.

  • A general understanding of how a film set works.

  • Readiness to learn new technologies related to filming, streaming and virtual production.

Nice to have:

  • Ability to operate a drone.

This job requires working in Warsaw office. Working mode: hybrid.
