Bungie’s Publishing team is responsible for delivering breakout campaigns and content that reaches millions of highly engaged players. This Producer will be responsible for the daily operations of their area within the Publishing team, ensuring that the best and latest information is reaching players across the globe. They will communicate with internal stakeholders regarding the creator marketing and communications campaigns, evaluate project deliverables, as well as provide feedback and support to Senior Producers, the Director of Global Communications, the Director of Creator Marketing and the rest of Publishing.
This Producer will coordinate closely with their production counterparts and provide direct production support on publishing projects primarily focused on Bungie’s recently announced Marathon game. They will also provide production support for internal functions and other duties as specified by their Senior Producer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Track and prioritize all relevant requests from both internal and external partners
Proactively identify and drive communications for priority support
Procure all necessary specs and reference materials for communication team members
Routinely and proactively drive alignment between communication teams and stakeholders
Facilitate regular content reviews to ensure assets are factually accurate and achieve product goals
Establish relationships and act as the connective tissue with external partners and agencies
Act as the steward of all existing communications pipelines, from project kickoff to final go-live
Innovate and devise pipelines for initiatives pioneering new communication and creator marketing avenues
Advocate and maintain clear and realistic production plans for current and upcoming projects
Aggressively identify and resolve risk, escalating concerns to the senior team as appropriate
Demonstrate accountability, ensuring all action items and due dates are followed up on
Strive for continual improvement, using every opportunity to learn and improve area processes
Monitor and assess team health, preserving wellness and satisfaction amongst team members
Able to work with limited supervision and use independent judgment outside of established procedures when necessary
REQUIRED SKILLS
Enthusiastically embrace and support an inclusive work environment
Production/project management experience in communications, talent management, or related fields
Familiar with production software such as Asana or JIRA
Exceptional interpersonal communications skills – both verbal and written
A strong sense of self-awareness and a high degree of emotional intelligence

Highly adaptable; able to navigate randomization while ensuring progress toward planned work
Comfortable driving a variety of meetings and production rituals – both scheduled and ad hoc

In other locations that Bungie has approved for remote work, this pay range may be adjusted up to +/- 10% and some roles may be classified as non-exempt (hourly). This range is determined by an array of factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Bellevue Pay Range
$121,000—$146,000 USD
Bungie full-time (non-contract) employees in the U.S. also receive:
20 days of accrued time-off in the form of PTO and sabbatical days, depending on the level of the position
10 paid Floating Days annually, prorated in the first year of employment based on start date
10 paid Bungie-observed holidays annually
One hour of Paid Sick Time (PST) for every 30 hours worked
Contract and International FTE employees receive competitive benefits through their relevant contracting agency.
