As a Senior Producer, you will support a new team as it works from incubation through ship and into live support. In collaboration with the Executive Producer, you will help establish and evolve production best practices for your areas of ownership, proactively identifying potential problems and addressing them before they occur.

You will collaborate with team leads to establish production plans that will ensure we meet our quality goals on time and on budget. You will also help the team stay aligned with overall project goals and priorities as we solidify our plans for project direction. Most importantly, you will work with a fun, dedicated, cross-discipline team united around our mission to create a positive impact in people's lives as we bring a new Bungie world to life.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and advocate for clear and realistic production plans

  • Track and manage progress against overall project schedules and budgets

  • Understand overall project goals and use those to inform planning and decisions in your areas of ownership

  • Identify areas of risk and uncertainty and help teams reach creative/technical consensus

  • Help establish production pipelines and processes

  • Facilitate collaboration with other disciplines and teams, including anticipating and taking steps to avoid cross-team conflicts

  • Help continue to build a positive and inclusive team culture

  • Work with limited supervision and using independent judgment outside of established production practices when necessary

  • Ensure studio compliance with company policies and procedures

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Exceptional communication skills, outstanding analytical skills, and attention to detail

  • Social intelligence, great interpersonal skills and a strong sense of empathy

  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, including effectively leading a team in spite of that ambiguity

  • Strong critical thinking skills, results oriented, focused and composed under pressure

  • Experience in internal games production, including experience producing creative teams

  • Proficient in JIRA, Excel, Confluence

Listed below is this role's base pay range. In other locations that Bungie has approved for remote work, this pay range may be adjusted up to +/- 10% and some roles may be classified as non-exempt (hourly). This range is determined by an array of factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Bellevue Pay Range

$152,000—$173,000 USD

Bungie full-time (non-contract) employees in the U.S. also receive:

  • 20 days of accrued time-off in the form of PTO and sabbatical days, depending on the level of the position

  • 10 paid Floating Days annually, prorated in the first year of employment based on start date

  • 10 paid Bungie-observed holidays annually

  • One hour of Paid Sick Time (PST) for every 30 hours worked

Contract and International FTE employees receive competitive benefits through their relevant contracting agency.
