As a Junior IT Support Technician, you will have a no job is too big mentality. You will have the ability to remain flexible and agile to the requirements of the studio which may change from hour to hour on any day while always maintaining a positive and can-do demeanour. They will possess a keen desire to understand new technologies and methods introduced to the industry. The ideal candidate will understand that due to the nature of IT the fun never stops, this may lead to working additional hours including weekends and evenings when required.
This is an in-office role and this is non-negotiable.
// RESPONSIBILITIES
Being first port of call for support tickets.
Setting up new starter stations
Maintaining IT tech around the studio
Delivering IT equipment to new starters and collection from Leavers
Stock checking IT equipment
Assisting with projects and system upgrades
Any other reasonable requests

Full driving License with the ability to travel (travel expenses covered)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate a natural liking for IT and showcase knowledge as a budding IT hobbyist
High attention to detail
Motivated to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
