Are you passionate about building the technology that powers immersive, large-scale games? Join our team as a Junior Engine Programmer and start your career helping shape the Enfusion Engine – the beating heart of our future titles, including Arma 4. As part of our Engine team, you'll learn from experienced developers while working on cutting-edge technologies that push the boundaries of what's possible in open-world simulation games.

This is a role designed for someone at the start of their programming journey, so don't worry if you don't tick every box — a willingness to learn matters most to us.

Responsibilities:

  • Help fix bugs in software (game engine) under the guidance of senior colleagues

  • Make smaller adjustments to programs and the game engine

  • Participate in designing solutions and share your ideas

  • Learn new techniques and help improve workflows

  • Gradually take on tasks related to game mechanisms and gameplay

  • Get hands-on experience with new technologies

  • Cooperate with other departments and learn how they work

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of C++

  • Familiarity with the object-oriented programming

  • Willingness to learn and grow as a developer

  • Teamwork and communication skills

  • Good spoken and written English

  • Passion for video games

Welcomed Skills:

  • Any hands-on experience with game development (school, hobby, game jams, or personal projects)

  • Curiosity about how large codebases and game engines work
