MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide polite and efficient front desk service to all internal and external customers:
Answer telephone, take record and pass the info to relevant department if necessary
Greet visitors, customers in a courteous and professional manner; be responsible for visitors’ registration, on track of visitor’s badges and ensure visitors are escorted to their destination by our employees;
Make sure door security system works well, if has some problems raise to IT Manager immediately;
Contact office equipment suppliers for any problems regarding light, fax machine, copier etc ;
Dispatch the incoming and outgoing mails and packages
Update the staff contact list on a regular basis,
Provide some basic office admin support:
Office stationery/ daily routine goods purchasing. And relevant payment update.
Festival decoration work (together with team)
Other tasks / projects assigned by Office Admin Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
College graduate majoring in Administration, English language preferred;
3-5 related administration work experience in MNCs;
Strong sense of security responsibility;
Familiar with MS office;
Good communication skills and spoken English;
Initiative, detailed and responsible.
