MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide polite and efficient front desk service to all internal and external customers:

  • Answer telephone, take record and pass the info to relevant department if necessary

  • Greet visitors, customers in a courteous and professional manner; be responsible for visitors’ registration, on track of visitor’s badges and ensure visitors are escorted to their destination by our employees;

  • Make sure door security system works well, if has some problems raise to IT Manager immediately;

  • Contact office equipment suppliers for any problems regarding light, fax machine, copier etc ;

  • Dispatch the incoming and outgoing mails and packages

  • Update the staff contact list on a regular basis,

Provide some basic office admin support:

  • Office stationery/ daily routine goods purchasing. And relevant payment update.

  • Festival decoration work (together with team)

Other tasks / projects assigned by Office Admin Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College graduate majoring in Administration, English language preferred;

  • 3-5 related administration work experience in MNCs;

  • Strong sense of security responsibility;

  • Familiar with MS office;

  • Good communication skills and spoken English;

  • Initiative, detailed and responsible.
