Your Mission

Diablo IV is looking for a legendary Lead Product Manager, who is a guru at growth from the gaming or technology space. This person will help to create the best game experiences in the world and bring new players to Diablo IV. This person has a sharp sense of the gaming market as well as a huge well of empathy for players because they are players themselves.

This role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position, with some work on-site and some work-from-home.

What you bring to the table:

  • As the Lead Product Manager for Growth, you will strive for sustainable player growth and early retention. Your mission is to own and optimize acquisition, retention, and reactivation KPIs, and support player lifecycle management leading to the long-term sustainable growth of our player base.

  • Ensure an effective onboarding for new and returning players throughout the entire lifecycle of Diablo IV, accounting for additional complexity that comes with future content releases such as expansions and seasons

  • Collaborate with Publishing, Product Marketing, Global Insight, User Acquisition, Platform CRM and more to develop a user acquisition strategy

  • Identify and help create/design compelling features that improve key growth metrics, and make our game more fun and engaging to new player segments

  • Lead the analysis of game data to draw actionable learnings and provide valuable insights

  • Be an expert on the industry landscape and trends, to help us grow and evolve our thinking

Minimum Requirements


  • 4+ years of experience in product management, either in video games, technology, or related fields

  • Demonstrated experience with growth, with a preference for user acquisition

  • Demonstrated analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making

  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, quantitative, technical, or related degree

  • Able to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with an ability to get things done

  • Passionate, self-motivated, and driven to create and execute great ideas cross-functionally

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $105,120.00 - $194,400.00 Annual. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
