Role Overview:

We're seeking a talented and experienced Lead Developer specialized in Unity to own and lead our development efforts. You will play a pivotal role in bringing our ambitious project to life, collaborating closely with a team of passionate and skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead the development process of our mobile game using Unity, through testing, early access and general availability

• Collaborate with designers and artists to create a beautiful and seamless game experience

• Implement multiplayer functionality, ensuring high performance on mobile devices

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in game development / engineering, primarily with Unity

• 1+ years of experience with multiplayer development techniques

• Proven track record of developing and shipping high-quality games, mobile preferred

• Strong knowledge of C# and scripting languages

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field

Desirable Skills:

• Experience at a commercial studio

• Passion for gaming and a keen understanding of what makes a game engaging and fun
