Basik Marketing Pvt Ltd
🇮🇳 Bengaluru, KA, India
Contract Full Time
Experience Level Intermediate (2–5 years)
Salary ₹2500000 - ₹3000000 / year

Company Description Basik Marketing builds India's youth-access infrastructure. Under The Esports Club (TEC), we run a four-part portfolio that takes brands from national awareness to verified, on-ground conversion:

  • The Esports Club (TEC): Flagship large-scale esports events and digital broadcast, national and international. Case studies include RIOT Convergence (India's first international Valorant event), the TEZ Free Fire MAX India Championship, and the APAC Predator League.
  • TEC Spartans: India's largest campus execution network: 1,200+ trained student ambassadors across 30+ cities and 500+ colleges, running on-ground activations, sampling, and peer-led promotions for brands like Dell, Intel, Garena, Riot Games, and Acer.
  • TEC Collegiate: A college club action network where brands pay only for verified student actions, not reach estimates. Beta launching August 2026, scaling to 500+ colleges by 2027.
  • TEC Arena: A 15,000 sq ft plug-and-play owned venue in Bengaluru for small-to-mid scale events, opening November 1, 2026, backed by every internal Basik division.

This isn't a support function — you own revenue. We're looking for two people who've sold youth marketing, campus activations, or experiential/event campaigns before, ideally at an agency, and who can pitch across the full portfolio — from a single campus activation to a national event partnership to a venue booking.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle across TEC, TEC Spartans, TEC Collegiate, and TEC Arena prospecting, pitching, proposal-building, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and manage a pipeline of brands across FMCG, fintech, mobile, auto, and QSR looking to reach college students and GenZ youth
  • Close deals and manage them through to delivery in partnership with the execution teams
  • Match client briefs to the right product in the portfolio — awareness plays on TEC, on-ground campus reach via Spartans, outcome-based engagement via Collegiate, or venue bookings via Arena
  • Bring and activate your own relationships — brand managers and marketing heads who take your call, not names off a database
  • Represent Basik at industry events and client meetings
  • Report pipeline health and revenue progress to leadership

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience selling campus activations, experiential campaigns, event sponsorships, or youth-marketing programs — agency background preferred
  • A track record of closing deals and retaining clients across repeat campaigns
  • Category knowledge of how FMCG, fintech, mobile, auto, or QSR brands think about young consumers
  • Real, active relationships with brand-side and marketing decision-makers — not a cold-outreach list
  • Comfort owning a revenue number, with a clear incentive structure tied to performance
