The Senior Brand Manager develops and executes marketing strategies for all phases of marketing, including but not limited to strategic planning, positioning, creative development, promotions, and PR coordination for high-profile retail and digital game releases. They liaise with product development studios and global marketing teams to maximize profitability, ensure transparency, and coordinate with regional teams for a unified global brand launch program. They will manage the implementation and execution of integrated marketing plans and provide guidance to team members.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Independently develop and execute world-class integrated marketing campaigns for top tier titles
Drive the process of strategic positioning, competitive analysis, and marketing products across console and digital platforms with little to no oversight.
Create and manage budgets, and provide oversight for individual P&Ls for assigned product(s), while also tracking and reporting marketing expenses against defined budget
Manage and direct internal resources and external agencies/vendors to effectively guide all stages of product marketing. Including, but not limited to all planning & project timelines related to creative development (including packaging/POP/POS), advertising, public relations, social media, special events, trade and consumer promotions, and price negotiation
Evaluate, monitor, and provide solutions of improvement for paid media campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics such as CPC, traffic, conversions, and ROI/ROAS goals
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for products and develop related product plans
Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice
Work effectively with internal teams and create and strengthen external relationships to insure seamless integration and execution of our global marketing campaigns
Ideate and implement strategies regarding the growth of Bandai Namco’s portfolio of original IP and licensed anime branded games and partner with licensors and key industry collaborators
Lead and mentor a brand marketing team of at least 2 people
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
5 + years of experience managing innovative video game marketing, entertainment product marketing, or equivalent experience on a global scale
2+ years of people management experience
Proven track record of successful marketing project management in a leadership role and managing P&L for products
Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong knowledge and interest in video games and gaming culture
0-25% travel for trade shows, international business meetings, and various events
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
MBA graduate preferred
Salary Range: $117,062 - $188,687
