Animal Company is one of the most popular VR games on Meta Quest with over 1M players. Our game is a mix of spooky adventure and social chaos that has a Teen audience between 13-20+ years old.

Animal Company is an original IP from Spatial Systems - The team behind spatial.io with nearly a decade of experience in VR.

This is a remote contract position with the ability to become full time.

Responsibilities

Build a thriving community on Discord by responding to players, organizing events, announcing new content releases, and resolving support tickets
Create engaging gameplay videos for our social channels
Curate, review, and promote community-created content by building strong relationships with our content creators
You’ll report weekly on community feedback and creator pipeline
This is a remote, contract position with potential to grow into full time.
You must be available during EST or PST time zones to collaborate with the team

Skills

5+ years of experience with a preference for experience managing a young community (13 – 20+ - mostly teens) of 100K+
You’re an expert at Discord and VR live streaming technology
Passionate about gaming – You will be playtesting in VR a lot to capture content
Organization skill is a huge bonus to work effectively with various stakeholders: developers, players, and content creators to develop promotional content for the game
Bonus: Experience in graphic design and video editing skills that tune into Gen Z and Gen Alpha cultural trends
