Job Overview

As a Senior Account Manager at AMG, you will play a vital role in maintaining and expanding relationships with our key clients in the gaming industry. Your strong communication and writing skills, combined with your understanding of influencer marketing and the gaming landscape, will be pivotal in owning end-to-end client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Your main responsibility will be to oversee influencer marketing campaigns, production, creative, and community strategy services for our clientele. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results that exceed the expectations of our clients and align with the brand's vision and goals.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Maintain and expand relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all matters specific to your clients.

  • Oversee influencer marketing campaigns, production, creative, and community strategy services for your clientele.

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.

  • Lead high-stake conversations with clients to negotiate and close agreements.

  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly performance results and campaign performance analysis).

  • Prepare reports on account status and provide regular updates to internal teams.


  • REQUIRED: Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Deep knowledge of the gaming industry, with a focus on influencer marketing campaigns.

  • BONUS: Experience in mobile gaming.

  • BONUS: Experience or creative talents building proposals.
