What we need

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and empathetic Executive Producer (EP) to partner and collaborate closely with our game teams, being responsible for the development of our highly valuable IP. In this role, you will lead and empower a large development team while supporting a collaborative team culture from the earliest stages of the project through launch and post launch.

What you'll do

The EP should have outstanding communication and teamwork skills and will be responsible for managing the roadmap for the Shared Services organization. This will include successful planning and execution of that roadmap with our development teams, translating their development needs into efficient pipelines and production strategies.

  • Lead a global cross-functional team of artists, producers and engineers to prioritize, plan and deliver high quality work packages to our partners.

  • Build and preserve a healthy and creative environment. Inspire and empowering the team to reach their goals collectively as a team and as individuals.

  • Manage and mentor members of the production team. Driving a "best in class" production culture.

  • Coordinate efforts between our Shared Development Studios and our internal and external Dev teams in a distributed environment.

  • Collaborate with external service providers in a co-dev / outsourcing capacity. While employing cost effective processes, and identifying areas for optimization.

  • Championing our values to build a diverse and effective team.

  • Drive the optimization of the extensive project / department budgets, while maintaining quality results.

What will make you a great fit

  • Typically has 10+ years of experience with 5 or more years of management experience.

  • Proven experience leading and shipping AAA PC and console games.

  • Has managed production staff directly with a passion for games and the GDLC.

  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and the video game market as a whole.

  • Ability to identify and recommend improvements to the development process.

  • Ability to influence and form consensus, define and drive action items.

  • Demonstrable ability to develop sophisticated project roadmaps and staffing plans.

  • Skilled at clearly and concisely communicating information across large, distributed teams as well as keeping external groups appraised of change.

  • Have strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on building a productive and positive relationship with external partners, management and peers.

  • Ability to handle high pressure situations and have strong prioritization skills.
