2Game Esports is seeking a Senior Content Producer to own and run all aspects of the content creation, sourcing, management, distribution, and measurement. This will consist of building a content strategy and developing a content system to fuel a one of a kind esports content hub, designed to bring fans into the world of esports in an immersive and transformative fashion.

What you’ll do:

  • Work out of our São Paulo office where our esports teams train

  • Develop the content strategy to fuel our leadership in the esports gaming space. Bringing a unique approach to educational and aspirational content aimed to attract and arm new fans to action on esports.

  • Build out a network of writers and creators to craft and develop original esports content.

  • Create and manage a holistic editorial calendar aligned with business objectives and audience interests.

  • Implement SEO best practices in content creation to improve search engine visibility and drive organic traffic to our website.

  • Integrate content strategies with tech solutions, such as CMS and marketing automation tools, to optimize content creation and distribution.

  • Develop and implement content governance frameworks to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across all content produced.

  • Create, schedule, and publish compelling content across owned channels.

  • Leverage data and analytics to optimize creative copy & content for SEO, customer experience, and audience engagement. Track and measure the performance of content using relevant KPIs + provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Introduce innovative content solutions and approaches that differentiate and keep us at the forefront of industry trends.

  • Work cross functionally with teams to ensure healthy and qualified traffic, engagement and audience development is building throughout esports activity across 2Game Digital sub-brands.

  • To be motivated in collaborating on strategy to bring new audiences to Esports fandom through experiential and educational content of different mediums

What you have:

  • 8-10+ years of content marketing, production and/or editorial experience, preferably within the sports, gaming/esports and entertainment industry.

  • Proven project management experience; adept at handling complex, large-scale, and time-sensitive projects in a fast-paced, agile work environment.

  • Production and/or publishing experience preferred

  • Must have a passion and deep understanding of traditional sports (basketball, football, etc.), esports and fantasy sports.

  • Experience in the content/CMS and media tools

  • Deep network of editors, creators, producers, etc. and experience building out contracts and navigating and managing editing, reviewing, optimizing and scheduling

  • Proven experience building and managing large scale projects

  • Digital-forward, consumer-focused, driven to innovate, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects with a sense of urgency while adhering to strict deadlines.

  • Excellent writing and presentation skills

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
