The Marketing team at Zynga is looking for a Conversion Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing creative performance and conversion for one or more of our Game Studios. This person is an analytical and business-savvy number cruncher who can independently manage multiple responsibilities and engage in creative development to drive marketing decisions. This role is well suited for those who are analytically strong and want to make an impact on the growth of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on creative performance for multiple Game Studios weekly.
  • Build reports from our extensive data set to identify creative optimization opportunities, make decisions on testing, and maximize conversion potential.
  • Partner with user acquisition and creative teams to drive creative performance
  • Identify high impact trends or patterns in Conversion
  • Understand the effects of creative performance in full context of their campaigns
  • Ability to build and maintain A/B testing frameworks to optimize creative production and implementation
  • Execute testing campaigns cross functionally and communicate findings to various stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other marketing and creative teams to understand strategic changes and their impact on an app’s conversion and performance on both iOS and Android platforms
  • Solve complex problems with partial, incomplete, and/or disordered data

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree in math, science, finance, engineering, or marketing or proven track
  • record in a quantitative/problem solving environment (or equivalent training and experience)
  • 1-3 years of experience in an analyst role
  • Strong analytical skills, experience working in metrics based companies, and a passion for problem solving
  • Ability to compile data, analyze and make recommendations off large datasets
  • Intuitive grasp of data and strong with Excel
  • SQL experience a plus, but not required
  • Sharp attention to detail, natural curiosity, and a creative problem solver
  • Good communication skills - both written and spoken
  • Genuine interest in social, gaming, analytics, and advertising
  • Must have good judgment and ability to work independently with little to no supervision
