RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage day-to-day technical and administrative support, including maintaining standards for shared services, upholding policies, and handling miscellaneous issues that may arise
  • Onboard new hires and work collaboratively with team leads
  • Process purchase orders and requisitions for payment including supplier set-up, tracking of all documents for approval and signage, monitoring payment status, and reconciling corporate card expenses
  • Organize logistical and tactical elements related to travel and team activities and events for multiple locations and offsite employees, and maintain related calendar processes as well as expense reports for senior leadership
  • Track key data and update related reports, such as organizational schedules and headcount
  • Own team Wiki page and policies and guidelines, ensuring they are comprehensive and up-to-date
  • Enhance team communication, pulling together highlights and announcements from across the org
  • Manage budgets for office expenditures and team activity/events
  • Identify and establish creative ways to help team run more efficiently, implement process standardization, act intuitively and anticipate needs
  • Work collaboratively to improve and help reinforce studio operations to drive results and outcomes, and build presentations to communicate and share findings
  • Partner with corporate teams such as accounts payable, facilities, IT, and culinary and effectively communicate and work with other parts of the Zynga organization, and help ensure that studio operations leverages the ideas and resources of the larger organization
  • Contribute to a positive and stimulating culture with a joyful attitude, including finding creative ways to bring excitement and happiness to others (such as planning and execution of recognitions and celebrations, etc.)
  • Drive and coordinate workflows across offices and work quickly and independently in this capacity
  • As required, help implement strategic initiatives within and across game teams, collaborating with operations
  • Support senior leadership with ad-hoc projects

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative and/or project management experience
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Experience with Oracle iProcurement
  • Solid understanding of MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel), Google (Docs, Sheets, and Slides), and Outlook
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Adaptable, proactive, resourceful, with a self-starter mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to complete tasks and turn around projects quickly, with detail and accuracy
  • Experience managing competing priorities within tight deadlines, while maintaining composure
  • Trusted to handle information and tasks of a highly confidential and critical nature
