Product Manager - Game Publishing

***The role will be based internationally, whilst working remotely with company colleagues in China***

Role

Successful candidates will have a comprehensive understanding of the casual/hyper-casual gaming market.

You will become a member of our fast-growing international team who all share a passion for mobile gaming.

You will personally be responsible for identify exceptional growth potential in games, and collaborating closely with the publishing team from inception to release.

Through your work you will develop your skills and help us to deliver fun and entertaining games to millions of people all around the world!

Job Description

  • Work closely with our publishing team to deliver high quality products
  • Onboard a high quality publishing team and work closely with them throughout the whole publishing process including UI, UX, game design, technical, SDK and integration support to ensure they source and deliver quality games
  • Create Game Design Document
  • Help fine-tune game balancing, pacing and feel
  • Use industry knowledge to pitch and implement new game ideas and features to the team
  • Utilise your understanding of models and tools to analyse gameplay and user behavior
  • Continuously optimize the game creation process
  • Monitor and improve game metrics and mechanism

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 1 years of professional experience as a game designer
  • Ability to to create GDD and coach the team
  • A Passion for casual/hyper casual mobile games
  • Good game market insights
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong Organisational skills
  • Strong execution skills
  • A fundamental understanding of monetization
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Technical background
  • Experience in Product Management will be a plus
  • Track record with a successful mobile game
