In the role of Producer, you will…
- Work with project leads to guide projects from concept to ship;
- Facilitate communication and accountability across disciplines;
- Identify and remove roadblocks;
- Create and update schedules and tasks;
- Keep the team motivated and focused on goals, milestones and quality;
- Provide informed decisions with leads to determine best practices, development pipelines and resource allocation;
- Communicate with internal or external stakeholders and partners on expectations and deliverables.
Qualifications
What Makes You S.P.E.C.I.A.L.
- You have at least 3 years of game production experience;
- You possess a solid understanding of the game development process for AAA game
- You have proven, hands-on experience developing gameplay and graphics technologies;
- You've shipped at least 1 game;
- You have strong project and people management skills;
- You are experienced with a multiple-studios collaborative environment;
- You have strong team building abilities;
- You are experienced in tracking complex projects;
- You have a passion for Bethesda Game Studios titles.
Preferred Skills

- You are proficient with C++ and object-oriented programming.
