ZeniMax Media is a Video Game Publisher who create & sell premium video game titles to a rapidly growing world market.

The company's growing library of intellectual properties includes such major franchises as The Elder Scrolls®, Fallout®, DOOM®, RAGE®, Wolfenstein®, Prey®, Dishonored®, The Evil Within®, and QUAKE®.

THE ROLE:

ZeniMax Australia, is currently seeking a paid intern for its Sydney-based Marketing department.

The program will run for at least twelve (12) months and candidates can expect to work up to 40 hours per week.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and well-organised graduate, with an interest to pursue a career in marketing, to gain hands-on, practical experience and learn the necessary skills to succeed in both the marketing and interactive entertainment industries. You will learn about the multiple facets of marketing and publishing in a creative, dynamic, and challenging environment.

This role will support the ANZ marketing team in driving the local marketing strategy & delivery of marketing campaigns and objectives for the entire portfolio of Bethesda titles in the ANZ region.

You will report to and assist the Marketing Manager and Senior Product Marketing Manager in delivering best-in-class marketing and publishing support across a range of titles, campaigns, and local activations; from AAA entertainment launches, to ongoing support for games-as-a-service and mobile games. You will work closely with and support the broader ANZ marketing, communications, and commercial teams to ensure delivery of local and global business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the development and execution of marketing plans for Bethesda products – working closely with the Marketing team and external agencies and partners
  • Support the monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of marketing KPIs across all Bethesda brands
  • Manage and support the delivery and analysis of regular reporting with and to various internal and external business stakeholders – across both marketing, media, and in-game telemetry data
  • Monitor market trends, and support the research of market and competitor activities to identify opportunities and key issues for the ANZ region
  • Alongside the Marketing Manager and Senior Product Marketing Manager, assist the Commercial and Communications teams in developing and delivering on physical and digital retail and communications plans and activations
  • Support the ANZ Marketing team’s communications with international Bethesda counterparts to ensure local analysis and planning is effectively communicated, and in line with global strategies for Bethesda titles
  • Manage and perform a range of regular and ad-hoc administrative and clerical duties
