Overview

The ZeniMax Corporate IT team is looking for a highly motivated IT Procurement and Asset Coordinator to facilitate global IT purchases. The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating asset inventory, along with receiving and reconciliation of purchases. This position requires a driven individual who is highly organized, very familiar with purchasing systems, and is aware of how business units interact to provide timely support and assistance to IT initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all purchase requests for local and remote offices
  • Analyze global IT purchases to consolidate and simplify to save money while creating leverage
  • Manage inventory of our global assets, including coordination of asset receipt and tracking
  • Liaise with product owners, inventory management and business representatives to ensure proper tracking of all software products
  • Have a good understanding of finance rules, such as depreciation and amortization of fixed assets
  • Foster a close partnership with the Finance team that supports IT
  • Maintain productive relationships with vendor representatives
  • Create relationships with new vendors while you register them with our purchasing systems
  • Maintain records of all hardware/software purchased for easy reference by the team

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in this role or a role similar
  • Ability to understand contracts and large multi-line invoices
  • Familiarity with budgets, forecasting, Capex and Opex
  • Experience with inventory management systems
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Proficient in core Office 365 tools
  • Ability to work on several tasks at once with frequent interruptions while meeting sensitive deadlines
  • Knowledge of Oracle iProcurement a plus
