Bethesda Softworks is looking for a highly organized Assistant Sales Administration Manager to support the global sales organization in coordinating all aspects and details of global sales administration. Qualifications
- Aggregate all global sales activity, inclusive of sales results, channel marketing activity, competitive data and outstanding action items into a weekly recap to senior management.
- Deploy and maintain department-wide communication, productivity and management software to ensure coordination of global sales efforts.
- Coordinate sales meetings, create agendas, and prepare meeting minutes.
- Communicate action items from weekly sales meetings into tasks required of global sales representatives.
- Plan, coordinate and execute all retail trade shows and manage sales representatives’ attendance at consumer shows.
- Maintain various department trackers including sample list, account profiles and price lists.
- Prepare purchase requisitions for sales expenditures and track status.
- Manage external vendors purchases, track status and ensure on time delivery of items ordered.
- Coordinate and schedule Sales representatives travel ensuring tracking within authorized budgets.
- Ensure timely completion of monthly expense reports according to financial standards.
- Request and publish product IDs internally and externally.
- Manage all shipping and receiving for department.
- Maintain comprehensive sales calendar.
Preferred Skills
- BS in Business or Marketing or equivalent field.
- 5+ years’ experience in sales or administrative role.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Clear and concise communicator.
- Ability to synthesize conversation into notes and actions.
- Strong aptitude with Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with Confluence, Teams and Slack.
- Experience with Oracle a plus.
