We are seeking a Senior Application Engineer to join the Corporate IT team. Your main focus will be administration of our Microsoft 365 environment, with particular attention given to governance, design, and architecture. You will be supporting Zenimax studios around the world with deep expertise, while delivering unique value by collaboratively solving customer problems . In addition, you'll also be working with some of the "best of breed" SaaS applications on the market such as Slack, Atlassian Cloud, Azure and more.

Responsibilities

• Work with a global team to maintain and secure our Microsoft 365 (M365) environment
• Review existing M365 processes to ensure that gaps or errors are identified and resolved
• Maintain strong knowledge of M365 disciplines
• Maintain security & compliance of M365 at the Enterprise level
• Participate in proactive account management, analyze problems, develop solutions to meet the customer needs
• Engages with service delivery planning, in partnership with the Developer Relations Team
• Builds plans that consider potential obstacles and immediate and long-term consequences
• Provides stakeholder assistance throughout deployment to avoid/resolve technical issues

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a Microsoft 365 Engineering role or equivalent Microsoft cloud services experience
• Expertise in two or more of the following areas:
  • SharePoint/OneDrive
  • Teams
  • Slack
  • Atlassian Cloud
• Experience with M365 governance
• Good experience with Active Directory
• Experience with PowerShell for M365 administration
• High level of attention to detail
• Analytical problem solving
• Experience building customer/partner relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills

• M365 or Azure certifications
• Advanced Exchange Online administration
• Hands On Experience with Microsoft Information Governance/Protection
• Power-Bi report building
• IT Service Delivery knowledge
