Job Description
YouNow is seeking someone with sales and strategic outreach experience to join our Spanish Markets team and grow our user base. You will be responsible for expanding the YouNow platform by performing outreach, pitching our platform and onboarding talented creators who can bring their communities to YouNow, and engage those communities already thriving on YouNow.
Responsibilities
- Execute on effective outreach and sales strategies to earn creators’ commitment to joining the YouNow platform
- Onboard and educate content creators on the value they can derive from YouNow, as they bring their communities to YouNow
- Utilize CRM systems to manage sales pipeline and efficiently drive prospects through the qualification process
- Consistently achieve weekly KPIs - outreach, conversion, broadcasting
- Represent and embody the YouNow brand at the highest standard, as this role will be the first point of contact for valuable future community members
Qualifications
- Experience in a sales role
- Fluency in English & Spanish
- Experience working in a CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho or similar)
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to think strategically
- A genuine interest in live streaming and/or social media
- Strong negotiation skills
