Responsibilities:

• Key legal advisor to the leadership team for the international business in Asia, Europe
• Review, negotiate and draft a broad range of commercial and transactional contracts
• Monitor new and updated regulations and advise the business accordingly
• Lead on mergers and acquisitions by cooperation with finance department
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders enabling them to achieve corporate objectives while minimizing legal risks
• To succeed in this role, you will need to be comfortable with working in an ever-changing, yet very fast-paced, environment and be able to solve complex problems using creativity and practicality.

Skills and experience required：

• The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Law or above from reputable universities and have at least 4 years relevant professional experience (mix of in-house and private practice in top-tier law firms preferred).
• Strong organization, planning, project management, communication presentation and influence skills. Strong business acumen and solid understanding of the video game industry, AI or other TMT related areas. Experience managing a legal team or a sole senior contributor.
• Must be legally qualified in a common law jurisdiction (Singapore, Southeast Asia or UK) and have been practiced in one of these jurisdictions, with ideally a dual qualification in China or with legal experiences thereof.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese languages
