The Role

We are hiring a Lead Sales Manager to work hands-on with our MAS team to close major deals, while simultaneously training our salespeople to independently close more and bigger deals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn, impact, and fast-track your career in the mobile gaming industry while working with a diverse team across more than 30 countries.

  • Actively manage and support our sales team, empowering and motivating each salesperson to achieve their sales goals.

  • Help the sales team identify target game developer prospects and effectively pitch our MAS offering.

  • Work hands-on to close major deals while training up the team to close more and bigger deals independently.

  • Own the recruiting, training, and continuous coaching of the sales team.

  • Conduct effective team meetings, call deconstructions, pipeline reviews, QBRs, and sales blitzes to ensure high motivation and knowledge sharing.

  • Track activities and team performance on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.

  • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Experience, and the Head of the MAS Business Unit to monitor and refine lead processes; continually optimize our CRM and other selling tools to improve rep productivity.


  • Proven success in a B2B inside sales quota-carrying role within the gaming, SaaS, or tech space

  • 2+ years in a Sales Leadership role, with a solid sales process and ability to teach others to close deals.

  • Proven success in building, managing, and motivating a sales team to achieve great results

  • Highly organized around metrics and able to manage time effectively, work independently, and be self-motivated to generate a strong pipeline

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
