We need an experienced mobile game Ad Monetization Expert to analyze data and implement changes to customers’ ad strategies that lead to an increase in revenue for our partner games.

Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and analyze ad revenue data trends for all ad network partners and track revenue KPIs;
  2. Manage a portfolio of premium customers and manage existing ad network relationships from onboarding to post-integration;
  3. Play our games and competitor games to discover new ad revenue growth opportunities;
  4. Perform various day-to-day yield optimization techniques across all monetization partners;
  5. Evaluate and benchmark ad networks to be used based on monetization potential, integration constraints;
  6. Continuously grow your knowledge and become a subject matter expert in mobile in-app ad monetization.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in ad revenue optimization and/or mobile ad networks relationship management;
  • Background in ad monetization or ad optimization strategies like Banner, IV, and RV ad-types through iOS and Android platform;
  • Proven account management and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to understand complex data and translate it into results;
  • Advanced and proactive understanding of the technical flow of the mobile programmatic advertising ecosystem, including networks, SSPs, and ad servers;
  • Results-driven, self-starter with a track record of exceeding targets and the ability to work independently and cross-functionally to hit and exceed team goals and KPIs;
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication: You’ll be working with colleagues and clients in multiple countries and must be able to communicate clearly, concisely, and proactively.
