X13 Squad, LLC. is a premier eSports organization based in the United States with branches in North America and the European Union. Founded in 2013 by Jessie, X13 is currently celebrating 9 years of eSports excellence, with current competitive influence in the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Rainbow Six Siege markets, and a seasoned streaming lineup that never fails to entertain. In the past, X13 has also held a prestigious status in other eSports titles, such as Gears of War, Call of Duty, and Rocket League, competing in LAN tournaments throughout the team’s history in North America.

X13 is searching for the right candidate to not only run and entertain our community while bringing it to new heights. The ideal candidate is a passionate, hardworking person who can maintain an enthusiastic and fun attitude towards our community and your work strategy. We are looking for a candidate that is extremely confident and has a remarkable understanding of the industry's ecosystem and its various tournaments. The candidate chosen will be responsible implementing new innovative methods to interact with our community while organising our in house tournaments! Desired Qualities

• 2+ years in community management/tournament organising within the esports/gaming industry

• Fantastic written and verbal communication

• A collaborative mindset to be able to work with colleagues

• Passion for planning events and generating an ecstatic audience

• Have a genuine passion and drive for video games, streaming, tournaments, and gaming influencers

What Are You Responsible For?

• Developing, managing, and executing new strategies to enlarge our community for all areas of X13

• Working closely with X13's tournament partners to schedule monthly CSGO tournaments

• Overseeing all internal and external community relations & tournament discussions

• Keeping your eyes peeled for new opportunities that can elevate X13's community

• Consistently communicating with our tournament partners on the ongoing plans of X13 tournament's

• Giving suggestions to Senior Management on how we can improve tournaments & our community
