Here at Wooga, we specialize in mobile game development and we have an exciting opportunity for an organized and enthusiastic HR - Working Student to join our dynamic team. You will be well suited in this position if you are looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources, in a thriving and supportive workplace.
You will be given the chance to see first hand how a games company works and what goes into keeping our teams well-staffed and people engaged.
As a working student, you will be fully integrated into the Human Resources team and support us with our daily workload. It will be a valuable and relevant experience you will be able to apply to a career in Human Resources.
- Support the HR Team with a wide range of daily tasks. You will work closely with the HR Generalist, HR Partners, and Talent Acquisition Team, making sure that best of HR practices are in place.
- Make sure HR documentation and processes are aligned with all Labour Law and GDPR requirements.
- Support our new hires with great onboarding experience.
- Work closely with relocation agencies to ensure top-notch collaboration.
- Support our team with great candidates and new hires experience.
About you
- You are excited and passionate about gaining experience in a vibrant and international HR environment.
- Quick, adaptable, organized with getting things done attitude.
- The work will be of an administrative nature so you must be attentive to details.
- You’ll need to be fluent in German and almost as good in English.
- You should know your way around Berlin and German bureaucracy.
- You have strong G-Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc)
- You should be able to work proactively and independently. You are able to quickly adapt to our dynamic international environment.
- You are interested in pursuing a career in HR after your completion of studies.
- You have an outgoing and friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong capacity for teamwork.
This is a temporary role for 12 months with the possibility to extend it.
