Wonderstorm is a double threat media studio that creates timeless animated TV series and engaging video games that anchor our entertainment franchises.

Our first franchise, the Emmy Award-winning The Dragon Prince, began as an original animated series on Netflix in 2018. All three seasons have been a Top 10 digital original and are rated 100% fresh on Rotten Tomatoes. The series was recently picked up for four additional seasons. A world-class video game for The Dragon Prince is under development by the same creative team.

We’re looking for an experienced, professional executive assistant to support the goals and objectives of two C-level executives who are engaged in creative activities for television and games (writing, showrunning, directing) as well as company operations.

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with executives and develop an understanding of their commitments and priorities to ensure an efficient and productive daily schedule
  • Manage calendars, coordinate schedules, and set up internal and external meetings
  • Navigate communications, close email loops, and represent the company in a way that aligns with Wonderstorm’s values
  • Coordinate meetings, ensure upfront clarity on attendees and agenda, and track follow-up actions
  • Handle confidential information that requires discretion
  • Manage team travel itineraries
  • Communicate executives’ priorities and activities to others, as appropriate, to help manage expectations and ensure that emerging priorities are strategically identified
  • Understand and be proactive in meeting the larger organization’s needs

Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting senior leaders as an Executive Assistant
  • Proactive – well-honed problem solving skills that can anticipate needs
  • Collaborative – ability to build trust, partner, and advise peers and leaders of all levels
  • Empathetic – a strong listener who strives to provide outstanding interactions with others
  • Communicative – excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to do so with integrity, empathy, and tact
  • Organized – continuously striving to build, improve, and execute efficient and scalable processes and routines
  • Multitasker – comfortable with juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities, and prioritizing among them
  • Flexible – able to take on ad-hoc assignments and projects with ease
  • Bonus: experience in the entertainment and/or games industry
