The Head of Digital Marketing is a highly collaborative leader to inspire and drive innovative marketing strategies across digital, social and mobile platforms. You will lead a skilled team in charge of the growth of the audience and awareness of our well-loved portfolio of Gaming Franchises and will be accountable for bringing innovative and integrated marketing ideas across global media, user acquisition, social marketing, CRM, desktop and mobile web and marketing creative!

As a critical subject matter authority, you will demonstrate detailed and up to date knowledge of a variety of new consumer technology and media trends across a full spectrum of digital mediums. Do you want to play a meaningful role on our extended leadership team? Lead all the aspects of global marketing campaigns for both D&D and Magic: The Gathering? Serve as a Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing guru reporting to the SVP of global Brand Strategy and Marketing? Then this role could be for you!

What You'll Do

  • Create and execute global digital marketing campaigns that win the hearts and minds of passionate gamers through social media, influencers, direct marketing and paid media, powered by hardworking and memorable creative executions.
  • Grow our brands' awareness, presence and reputation among current and new fans communities through innovative content development and distribution strategies from fan-generated to fan-curated content, from cinematic trailers, to live streaming esports and events and video on-demand.
  • Instill and foster of culture of constant optimization and real-time adjustments informed by analytics and insights to drive higher marketing efficiency
  • Mentor and develop our Digital Marketing team to continue building a best-in class industry leading practice at Wizards.

What You'll Bring

  • A strong digital marketing subject matter expertise built over 10+ years' experience working for or on leading gaming, entertainment or consumer brands targeting the 15-35yo demographics
  • Experience at an executive level, leading creative and marketing efforts
  • A track record building, growing and activating fan audiences on platforms likes YouTube, Twitch and other Social Media channels
  • A passion and talent for developing and inspiring teams to grow and challenge themselves, innovate and bring their best self to work every day
  • A dynamic, creative, collaborative and personable leadership style with exemplary work ethics
  • A passion or strong interest in gaming and/or entertainment and experience in gaming (preferred but not required).
