We are looking for a Senior Product Manager on our Digital Publishing team! The Senior Product Manager will work closely with game teams and play a crucial role developing & implementing live operations strategies. The qualified candidate will work with a team of product managers, CRM managers, and engineers to drive player engagement, monetization, and retention strategies. They will partner with our business intelligence team to structure and coordinate analyses that improve the impact of LiveOps campaigns and features. Join our adventuring party as we take digital expressions of our legendary brands to new audiences and work side by side with our development teams to help our projects succeed.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with game Production to define and implement LiveOps strategy and experimentation roadmap for multiple game titles
  • Work with game LiveOps/CRM team to build out live ops systems, tools & workflows to improve our live ops capabilities
  • Work with business performance, data science, and BI to deploy LiveOps programs & strategies
  • Collaborate with game development to understand priorities/opportunities to build standard processes around new campaigns, feature and content tests, and enhanced segmentation

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager or LiveOps/CRM manager for digital game titles
  • Experience with player segmentation, a/b testing methodology, lifecycle marketing & journey building
  • Experience working with engineering teams to define telemetry events & user attributes needed for segmentation, analysis, and campaign execution
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Operational experience with any of the following CRM/marketing/analytics platforms or similar: Braze, Swrve, Firebase, Optimizely
