This is the most exciting time to join Wizards of the Coast in its 25-year history, and we are seeking a Senior Analytics Producer who is passionate about helping people and teams succeed. In this role, you will be the senior producer for the analytics team, which is involved in almost every aspect of the company. From launching new products to optimizing existing ones, we provide the research and insight to help our partners reach the right decision. You are the one responsible for producing those insights.

We are a mix of data analysts and scientists from all walks of life. We've worked previously at Activision, ArenaNet, Facebook, King and Jam City and had professional careers in economics, physics, and marketing prior to joining the gaming industry. We have academic publications as well as presentations at conferences such as GDC and Gaming Analytics Summit. We are defined by our common principles:

What you'll do:
- Build and maintain project plans that collect critical path data for product development. Drive on time completion with cross functional team members.
- Work directly with the director of analytics and the senior managers to prioritize the team's goals against emergent work
- You will independently develop and refine project scope, structure, and approach. Identify key issues, guide and execute analysis, develop conclusions, and present findings to members of the leadership team
- Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date
- Drive identification, trial, and adoption of new tools and techniques that improve efficiency and streamline efforts
- Minimizes disruptions to the team's sprint cycles
- Attend a technical conference of your choosing (within budget) each year
What you'll bring:
- Prior experience producing an analytics or other technical team
- Proven track record of steering projects to completion on schedule
- Familiarity working within an Agile framework. Scrum Master Certification
- Expertise with JIRA, Confluence & Excel
- Familiarity with Tableau, Git and Jenkins is appealing
- Understanding of analytic workflows, games as service, and the development of games
- Proficient communication and presentation skills
- Experience in visualizing workflows, GDDs, TDDs, crafting presentations & project reports
