Are you passionate about supporting digital events and customer service teams? We are seeking skilled relationship-builder to be our next Operations Administrator!

This opportunity on our Game Support & Operations team supports internal teams and our digital Premier play events. In this role you would be responsible for account administration, event creation and player support for our digital events as well supporting our internal teams to constantly improve our service experience. If you love preparing yourself, your team, your partners and your players for a big event and then being on hand to help with any issue, then this is a job you will love.

What You'll Do:

  • Multi-functional communication with digital development, R&D, Esports, contracted companies and top players in the game.
  • Digital event administration; including scheduling, planning, crafting events, and providing service during the event.
  • Deliver impactful reporting to help our business partners plan their next step.
  • Provide account administration services for our service team, event contractors and players.
  • On-call support of our events and customer service department.
  • Complete projects to improve our team and our other service team's ability to provide excellent service.

What You'll Bring:

  • Outstanding customer relation skills for internal and external customers.
  • The flexibility to bring detailed planning and dynamic execution.
  • Be comfortable with building effective cross-team collaborative working relationships with people at all levels of the organization
  • A proven understanding of Microsoft programs with a focus on Excel.
