We are seeking a Japanese Fluent Production Manager with strong communication skills in both Japanese and English to own file-workflow for Duel Masters! Duel Masters is Japan's number 1 kids' trading card game. As the Duel Masters production manager, you will collaborate with both internal and external businesses, create, revise and maintain production schedules and sustain a high volume, high accuracy environment. You will work shoulder to shoulder with the Executive Producer and Japan New Business Director to ensure we have the best people, processes and structure for the future, and strategically plan product releases for the best product possible.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and grow a diverse staff of individuals with specialized skills
  • Build and manage relationships with our Japanese partner companies
  • Create innovative products and processes. Develop new workflows as well as iterate and improve upon current workflows
  • Balance multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines
  • Future planning and strategy; engage and prioritize resources

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in producing, project management, or personnel management
  • Understanding and experience with product creation
  • Passion for games and entertaining customers
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with ability to effectively collaborate with all professional levels, in both English and Japanese
  • Knowledge of scheduling software
