This self-starter should have a passion for and experience in video games community management which include: building influencer and player communities respectively, establishing a community voice, and customer engagement!

A day in the life:

  • Build influencer communities in Germany and champion them to be content creators for the Magic brand
  • Interface and onboard new creators in line with the overall marketing goals
  • Work with the German Brand Manager to forge an ongoing digital Magic community that is open, inviting and positive.
  • Take consumer insights and forge then into actions and strategies.
  • Track efficiency of community engagement and express them in ongoing reports.
  • Build community members into stars by working on engagement and promotion efforts.
  • Follow industry trends to continue exploring engagement ideas on the state-of-the-art of the industry.

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ in video games community & influencer management
  • Hands-on experience in community building.
  • In-depth knowledge of all emerging social platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Twitch, YouTube, Reddit, Forums, and Discord.
  • The ability to translate brand-wide regional community strategies to local activations that drive strong results
  • Hands on experience on getting results in influencer marketing
  • In depth knowledge of top and also up-and-coming gaming influencers in Germany
  • Appreciation for gamers and the global gaming community.
