We are seeking a Game Support Representative that loves Wizards products and is passionate about customer service. This is an entry-level Temporary/Contract role through Tapfin, that will represent Wizards of the Coast by interacting directly with our customers. This role is not remote and is located at our headquarters in Renton, Washington.

What You'll Do

  • Provide excellent customer service via email, phone and chat for all analog and digital, and licensed Wizards' products
  • Provide game rules support and problem solve issues with product replacement, digital accounts, digital game orders and digital game conduct.
  • Identify and resolve problems and recognize when problems must be elevated
  • Continuously improve provided support documentation
  • Keep up to date on Wizards' products and public-facing communications about products we and our licensed partners release

What You'll Bring

  • High School Diploma or equivalency is required.
  • 2+ years working in the consumer customer service field. Call center experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with Wizards' various products and an understanding of what customers genuinely care about with product issues they encounter
  • Accustomed to working in a fast-paced, aggressive, and entrepreneurial environment with an advanced understanding of customer service principles, skills, processes and techniques
  • Ability to craft clear, customer-facing and internal communications with little to no grammatical errors
  • Initiative: When you see a problem you follow processes and procedures to investigate and handle it.
