  • Clear and detailed communication to your immediate squad, and throughout WotC at large
  • Lead prioritization of tasks, bugs, design iteration, and user/tester feedback
  • Build and maintain project backlogs, road-maps, schedules and documentation
  • Deliberately balance the needs of the players, the studio and the business using data-informed decisions

What you'll bring

The successful candidate has a strong mix of creative, leadership, technical, innovative and managerial experience from the live services gaming space.

  • 3+ years of videogame industry experience with at least one commercially shipped title
  • Deep understanding of software development processes, project management, and agile development methodologies

  • Confirmed ability to be successful in technical environments
  • Self-driven, high-initiative individual who leads by example and champions an ownership-mindset in the team but is willing to act when needed
  • Outstanding oral and written communications skills
  • Passion for continuous improvement

Bonus mana

  • You are a wizard at the Atlassian suite, able to optimize and upgrade the group on Jira and Confluence in your sleep
  • A passion for making and playing phenomenal games, with an awareness of current titles and industry trends
  • Skill at handling difficult communication situations with executives, partners, and the team at large
  • Experience working on mobile/tablet game development
