The Digital Marketing team is seeking a Copywriter with an outstanding command of written communications to articulate marketing campaigns across web and email with the goal of growing player engagement and conversion. You should have experience in copywriting that includes: writing marketing and advertising copy for digital channels, understanding how to positively impact search engine optimization (SEO) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) through content, and carrying tone and voice across coordinated marketing campaigns.

What you'll do:

  • Own conversion and engagement focused web and email marketing copywriting projects — understanding our players, products, and programs and finding the right words to encourage action.
  • Champion the player experience – from developing, reviewing, proofreading, and implementing content testing strategies to identifying trends and insights that allow for constant improvement to our web presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver innovative content solutions that achieve business goals and raise the bar for player experiences.
  • Help to define content principles for the ecosystem – question the status quo, encourage teams to push the boundaries of what’s possible, and ensure sophisticated concepts are translated into digestible player messages.
  • Craft new things and take pride in contributing to fabulous player experiences.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years of progressive responsibility in a hands-on copywriting role partnering with marketing and design teams.
  • Outstanding track record developing marketing copy and content strategy for websites, email, and ad campaigns.
  • Detailed understanding of content strategy as it relates to CRO and SEO.
  • Superb skills in planning, writing, editing, testing, and improving content for products and services – ensuring content is targeted, relevant, and achieves desired outcomes.
  • Collaborative approach to requirements gathering, ideation, feedback, and iteration resulting in outstanding content-led player experiences.
  • An outstanding portfolio of work demonstrating expertise and craftsmanship in copywriting.
