You will lead a hardworking team of designers and outstanding agencies to craft a wide range of visual designs that drive the marketing efforts across all of our brands. From the visual identity of new products to campaign assets for our largest titles. From big ideas to elegant solutions, your work will touch digital & motion assets for campaigns, web, esports broadcasts, shows & conventions, and developing the visual identity of new products or brands. You will work together with other creative leaders and business partners to develop the strategies and techniques that yield excellent, compelling visuals. In addition to design chops, a passion for games and a fun-loving approach will be your greatest assets!

What you'll do:

  • Play games with your colleagues! After all, we are a game company.
  • Work closely with the Director of Creative and Art Directors to guide designs towards goals and visual targets.
  • Mentor and coach designers to advance their careers, skillsets, and methodologies.
  • Work proactively to forecast resource and budget needs for all campaign work.
  • Be the chief design problem solver and contribute to campaign conceptualization together with the other creative team leads.

What you’ll bring

  • A solid understanding of the principles of design and a well-developed eye for quality.
  • 7+ years experience delivering AAA quality brand and advertising assets.
  • 2+ years experience leading a team of designers
  • A strategically minded approach to solving design challenges.
  • A strong sense of pride and responsibility is seeing your team succeed.
